My name is Ryan Driskill. For more than a decade, I have represented people injured in serious accidents and defended people against allegations of sexual abuse and violence. Over the years, I have recovered millions for my clients. When my clients have been falsely accused, I have gone to trial. Many of those verdicts have been favorable. And as a member of the local community, I have learned that estate planning for my clients is essential. So, over the years and after sophisticated training, and utilizing state-of-the-art software, I have developed a strong skillset in providing advice and instrument preparation for those seeking to appropriately manage their gifts, devises, and bequests to their loved ones.
As background, I am a native of Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. After attending high school, I attended Western Kentucky University and graduated Summa Cum Laude. I was president of the local chapter of Phi Delta Theta but also a serious student. In 2010, I transitioned to law school at the University of Louisville. I enjoyed the highest grade award in Legal Research as well as Legal Writing.
After graduating in the top of 20 of my class of more than a 100 students, I moved back to Greenville, Kentucky to practice with two other local attorneys. This was a major transition from the firm in which I had worked during law school, as it was general practice rather than focus solely on injury law.
Since 2013, I have spent my time learning to successfully litigate civil and criminal cases. My work has taken me across the Commonwealth and involved litigation of cases from Harlan County to the far western counties. This experience has sometimes resulted in settlements for my clients, while other times the work has been resolved with the help of a jury.
On a personal level, I have a wife and son. We spend our time at church, with our family, and travelling.
